The best time to hire a plumber is when
you don’t need one. When you are in the middle of an emergency is not the time
to find out you don’t like a contractor. If you hire a plumber does he charge
by the hour or by the job. By the hour sounds good until your plumber has to go
look for parts or the job take 5 times longer than it should. I know I have
plumbers that have more experience and can make a repair in half the time of
others plumbers we employ. The difference is some have more experience than
others. Some guys have over 20 years and others have less than 10 years. When
you are paying for service by the hour there is no cost control, if you don’t
